Cashier/Host(ess), Casual
Needs to be professional and curtious. Able to perform F&B/Sundry Shop cashiering duties, take dining reservations, greet & seat guest. Japanese language cuisine helpful, but not required. |
- Download the 10mb. Application For Employment Form (pdf)
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or better is required. This program can be obtained for free from Adobe's web site.
- Open the Application Form on your computer.
- By clicking in the appropriate areas, you should be able to type directly onto the Application Form. The [Tab] key will move you from field to field. Alternatively, you may print and complete by hand.
- Once you are satisfied with your entries, print out the completed Application Form.
- Review and sign,
- Fax the completed Application for Employment to 808-874-8778.
